Report Corruption

Our mission at Horizons is to inspire communities to adopt and implement responsible and green energy practices to help take care of their environment in order to enhance Jordan’s livelihood status. As such, Horizons is committed to fighting any instances of corruption as it may impede our ability to fulfill our mission. We are determined to combat corruption with a zero-tolerance policy regardless of its forms; be it the offering or receiving of bribes, blackmail, conflict of interest, nepotism, or theft.

 

Please contact us if:

• You are aware that Horizons, or any of its partners, funds are not being managed in accordance with what is agreed on;

• You witness any instances of misconduct by a member of Horizons staff; and/or

• You suspect corruption in any of Horizons projects or partner organizations.

Please be aware that Horizons does not have the capacity to investigate allegations of corruption that have no direct impact on Horizons or one of its partners.

 

Horizons cannot guarantee the anonymity of any person that reports corruption using our tools, we advise you to use an anonymous email with no signature to protect your privacy and identity.

All reports of fraud or corruption are received and managed by Horizons while maintaining full integrity and confidentiality.

وبذلك، تلتزم منظمة آفاق بمحاربة كافة أنواع الفساد التي قد تعوق قدرتنا على الوفاء بمهمتنا. إننا مصممون على مكافحة الفساد باتباع سياسة عدم التسامح المطلقة بصرف النظر عن أشكاله ؛ سواءاً كان عرض أو تلقي الرشاوى أو الابتزاز أو تضارب المصالح أو المحسوبية أو السرقة.

 

الرجاء التواصل معنا  في الحالات التالية إذا :

• كنتم على علم بأن أموال "آفاق"، أو أي من شركائها، لا تدار وفقاً لما هو متفق عليه.

• كنتم تشهدون أو على دراية بأية حالات سوء سلوك من جانب أحد موظفي "آفاق"؛ و/أو

• إشتباه وجود الفساد في أي من مشاريع "آفاق" أو شركائها

 يرجى العلم بأن آفاق لا تملك القدرة على التحقيق في مزاعم الفساد التي ليس لها تأثير مباشر على آفاق أو أحد شركائها.

 لا تستطيع آفاق ضمان إخفاء هوية أي شخص يبلغ عن الفساد باستخدام موقعنا ، لذلك ننصحكم باستخدام بريد إلكتروني مجهول دون توقيع لحماية خصوصيتكم وهويتكم.

جميع تقارير الاحتيال أو الفساد يتم تلقيها وإدارتها من قبل آفاق مع الحفاظ التام على السلامة والسرية التامة.
